Timeshare Rental Company, LLC provides services that may include:

• Timeshare rental facilitation and related coordination.
• Guest coordination and booking management.
• Owner payout processing after completed guest stays.

We do not own or manage the properties listed on our platform. Property ownership and maintenance remain the responsibility of the respective owners and resorts.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. Timeshare owners using the platform must provide accurate proof of ownership and demonstrate authority to rent their interval.

Owners using our platform agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete listing information.
• Ensure compliance with all resort rules, policies, and restrictions.
• Maintain good standing with their resort or management company.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

Applicable service fees are disclosed to owners in advance. Owner payouts occur only after the guest stay has been successfully completed and are issued net of any applicable service fees or charges associated with the transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeshare Rental Company, LLC is not liable for resort-side issues, guest misconduct, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or services.

All branding, trademarks, site content, and digital assets displayed on www.rentyourresort.com are the property of Timeshare Rental Company, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our services at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
